Ce projet est connu sous le nom de \u00ab Rucher de l&#8217;Ambroisie \u00bb, en r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 \u1f00\u03bc\u03d0\u03c1\u03bf\u03c3\u03af\u03b1 \/ ambros\u00eda, la nourriture des Dieux grecs qui les rendait immortels. Dans les textes grecs, l&#8217;ambroisie a ait d\u00e9crite tant\u00f4t comme une boisson, tant\u00f4t comme une nourriture comestible, souvent collante et dor\u00e9e. On pense aujourd&#8217;hui qu&#8217;elle \u00e9tait \u00e0 la fois de l&#8217;hydromel et du miel. L&#8217;ambroisie est \u00e9galement une plante, probablement ainsi nomm\u00e9e en raison de sa nature r\u00e9sistante et presque immortelle, bien que parfois envahissante. Le logo du rucher repr\u00e9sente ses feuillages et ses floraisons entourant une amphore d\u00e9bordant de miel, tenue par les butineuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis 2018, ce petit rucher contribue \u00e0 la pollinisation des plantes dans un rayon de 3 km, au bien-\u00eatre des abeilles soign\u00e9es avec attention et patience, sans l&#8217;utilisation de pesticides ou de produits nuisibles \u00e0 leur sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 celle de la terre. Depuis 2021, le miel produit par les abeilles est en vente sur la page <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/rucherdelambroisie\">Facebook<\/a> du rucher ainsi qu&#8217;\u00e0 la boulangerie Racine \u00e0 Cacouna, lorsque disponibles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"alignnormal\"><div id=\"metaslider-id-375\" style=\"width: 100%;
